•        Established, engineered and managed 30 television stations in the Western United States.  Partner in two LPTV
stations in Idaho.

•        Created and built a Fossil Discovery Museum at the historic Fairmead fossil site in Madera County.

expenditure planning.  Restructured one company’s operations and sales resulting in an increase in company value from 3
million to 25 million in six years.

•        Human Resources & Employee Development – Developed and implemented HR policies and associated handbooks.
Served as a mentor to young professionals.

•        Digital Television Transition – Orchestrated the company-wide transition to digital, including all aspects of IT, and RF

•        FCC & Legal Affairs – Held responsibility for FCC public files for all stations. Handled legal matters with the FCC,
including efforts to gain ownership of low-power television permits and full-power stations.

•        Contract Negotiations – Structured, negotiated and closed contracts.
